I’m Nikki Welch, a trained transformative coach and entrepreneur which means I’m my own client a lot of the time and I understand the challenges businesses face. I support individuals and small and large organisations perform at the highest level without stress or sacrificing their wellbeing and in doing so solve impossible problems through clarity, connection and creativity.

Naturally High Performance in a cutting edge understanding of the human operating system that allows people to see past the noise of the everyday and access clarity, their inner strength, creativity and innate wellbeing. It guides them towards the source of insight - which is the creative ingredient of transformation. It is a settling down of the mind to help people get into the present, rather than being a set of self help tools or new ‘mental programming’. In the current context we’re seeing people are so bombarded with news, advice and fear that just a few minutes of peace and a settled mind help them find a bit of clarity on what they can, and can’t do.

MANTRA in light of COVID-19:

Wisdom and insight are always available, beneath the noise of the everyday. We just need to slow down enough to hear them.
